Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with senior leadership across the U.S. to drive recruitment for corporate and operations roles. The role focuses on building strategic pipelines, delivering on workforce needs, and guiding best practices in interviewing and selection.

You will own sourcing strategies, collaborate with executives, and mentor managers while representing our brand in a dynamic, on-site environment at Sacramento or St. Louis offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field with 3–5 years of experience.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on recruiting strategies and workforce planning.
• Strong sourcing and candidate management skills.
• Proven ability to mentor and coach hiring managers on interview practices and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hiring Managers to identify talent needs and shape team strategies.
• Own Corporate/Operations recruiting strategies across portfolios.
• Provide updates on pipeline health and candidate communications.
• Mentor managers on recruitment practices and interview techniques.
• Source, network, and advertise for active and passive talent across channels.
