Validation & Engineering Group, Inc. (V&EG) in Guaynabo, PR is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist I to lead the recruitment cycle for life sciences roles.

This on-site position collaborates with sales and HR to develop job descriptions, post openings, and manage the ATS while delivering a positive candidate experience. You will source passive and active candidates, screen and schedule interviews, and assist with offers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• 3+ years recruiting in life sciences manufacturing (Pharma/Medical devices/BIOTECH).
• 3+ years recruiting hourly professional consulting roles.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Experience with ATS, preferably ClearCompany.
• Professionalism and discretion due to confidential data.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously.
• Strong communication across clients, leadership, sales, and operations.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.

Responsabilités

• Handle hiring requests from Sales to define demands, JDs, and timelines.
• Develop job descriptions aligned with HR policies.
• Manage requisition entry and postings in ATS.
• Post jobs on LinkedIn and other career sites.
• Maintain ATS as the source of truth and update candidate data.
• Source passive and active candidates and build a robust pipeline.
• Coordinate interviews, tests, and candidate assessments.
• Guide offer discussions with HR and negotiate terms as needed.
• Maintain candidate communications and provide timely updates.
• Track TA metrics with weekly, monthly, quarterly reports.
