JC Automation Corp. in Humacao, Puerto Rico, is seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition professional specialized in Life Sciences to identify, evaluate, and place technical resources for pharmaceutical projects.

You will partner with Operations leadership to understand project needs, review resumes, conduct interviews, and build a qualified candidate pipeline, focusing on automation, CSV, validation, and related disciplines, while communicating across English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated life-sciences environments.
• Ability to translate project requirements into accurate job descriptions.
• Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
• Experience building and maintaining a technical talent pipeline.

Responsabilités

• Identify current and upcoming resource needs with Operations leadership.
• Translate project scopes into clear job descriptions and candidate profiles.
• Review resumes and assess candidates' technical experience and fit.
• Conduct initial interviews, evaluating automation, CSV, C&Q, validation and related disciplines.
• Present qualified candidates to leadership and coordinate client interviews.
• Maintain pipelines and recruiting metrics for ongoing projects.
