Job summary

JC Automation seeks a Technical Talent Acquisition – Life Sciences professional to join its Operations team in Humacao, Puerto Rico. You will identify, evaluate, and select qualified technical resources for pharmaceutical and life-sciences projects, aligning with GMP and regulatory expectations.

The role requires experience in regulated environments, knowledge of Automation, CSV, C&Q, Validation, and related disciplines, and strong English/Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical-device, or regulated life-sciences industry.
• Practical understanding of GMP-regulated operations.
• Familiarity with Automation, CSV, C&Q, Validation, Project Engineering, Manufacturing Support, Instrumentation, or Project Management.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and candidate pipelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Identify current and upcoming resource needs with Operations leadership.
• Translate project requirements into clear job descriptions and candidate profiles.
• Review resumes and evaluate candidates' technical experience and fit.
• Conduct technical interviews and assess background, industry experience, and availability.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified professionals for current and future projects.
• Support client interviews and site visits as needed.
