Job summary

ManpowerGroup is hiring for an onsite Recruiter in Greenville, SC. You will identify and connect with diverse candidates, match them to exciting opportunities, and support clients by delivering top talent and advising on talent needs.

Expect a strong base salary with a Monthly Incentive bonus, uncapped commissions, and comprehensive benefits. We seek at least 3 years of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment, proficiency with Excel and MS Office, and a High School Diploma.

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• High School Diploma required.

• Serve clients by providing top talent and advise on talent needs and how Manpower can help.
• Hit performance targets by being goal-oriented, taking initiative, and remaining agile in a fast-paced industry.
