Taconic Rehabilitation and Nursing at Hopewell in Hopewell Junction, NY is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build talent pipelines, and support staffing goals while embodying a collaborative team culture. Minimum education includes an Associate's degree with 1 year of recruitment or HR experience preferred; strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.
• 1 year recruiting/HR experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to manage high-volume candidate flow with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain active applicant pipelines and ensure timely follow-up.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication with hiring managers.
• Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, referrals, and social networks.
• Represent the organization at job fairs and outreach events.
