Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's in HR/Business preferred.
• 1 year minimum recruitment experience; 2+ years high-volume recruitment preferred.
• Proficient with ATS and recruitment technologies.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage a high-volume candidate pipeline with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding support.
• Maintain active applicant pipeline within ATS, ensuring timely follow-up and movement.
• Coordinate interviews and communications between candidates and hiring managers.
• Monitor requisitions and recruitment workflows to ensure staffing needs are met.
• Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, referrals, social media, and direct outreach.
• Build talent pipelines for high-volume and various roles; partner with leadership to identify priorities.
• Support workforce development initiatives, clinical placements, internships, and community partnerships.
• Represent the organization at job fairs and recruitment events.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and provide a positive candidate experience.
