Responsibilities include updating the master schedule, coordinating with HR and Payroll, processing time-off requests, and using UKG for timekeeping and payroll data.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree preferred.
• 6 months of experience in nursing and scheduling in a healthcare facility; 1 year preferred.
• CNA, LPN, or RN license required.
• Strong organizational, time management, and scheduling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create, coordinate, post, and manage nursing department schedules to ensure 24-hour staffing coverage.
• Utilize staffing resources including regular staff, overtime, pools, and agency personnel per requirements and labor agreements.
• Process staff schedule requests and time-off requests prior to finalization.
• Submit staffing requests to pools and assist in securing coverage for open shifts.
• Maintain and update the master staffing schedule and daily records.
