Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years IT experience.
• Experience with remote control tools and Windows environments.
• Familiarity with imaging software deployment and batch class deployments.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support at Jessup imaging center and central environments.
• Own day-to-day hardware/software operations and imaging/file transfer tools.
• Lead maintenance to meet SLA and ensure system availability.
• Handle escalations and participate in on-call support.
• Onboard new Digital Solutions customers and process change requests.
