Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced IT professional to serve as the on-site lead for the Service Operations team at the Royersford imaging center. You will own hardware/software operations, support imaging workflows, and ensure SLAs are met while coordinating with DevOps and Implementation teams.

The role requires strong Windows expertise, Kofax experience, and the ability to travel up to 15% to support multiple sites. A bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in IT is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years IT experience.
• Experience with remote control tools and Windows OS.
• Direct experience deploying and troubleshooting Kofax imaging software.
• Strong on-site IT infrastructure knowledge and hardware/software installs.
• PowerShell scripting and basic network skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support at Royersford imaging center and support central imaging and file transfer environments.
• Own day-to-day operations of critical hardware and software, including high-speed scanners and imaging tools.
• Lead daily maintenance to keep systems available and meet SLAs.
• Manage escalations and participate in off-hours on-call support.
• Onboard new DS customers and process change requests.
• Improve standard processes and develop controls for productivity, quality, and SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with Implementation and DevOps teams to roll out fixes and enhancements.
