Job summary

Buddha Jewelry is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to own our core business systems, data infrastructure, integrations, and reporting in Seattle. You will bridge Operations and Technology, ensuring reliable, scalable systems aligned with a growing company.

You will partner with our Digital Workforce Manager on AI initiatives, manage NetSuite and Shopify administrations, design dashboards, and govern master data while coordinating with technology vendors to deliver impactful solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience administering ERP and business systems.
• Experience with NetSuite administration preferred.
• Experience with Shopify administration preferred.
• Knowledge of APIs, middleware, and system integration.
• Experience developing dashboards and reporting for decision making.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own administration and continuous improvement of NetSuite, Shopify, and other business applications.
• Design, implement, and maintain integrations across ERP and eCommerce platforms.
• Develop and maintain reporting infrastructure and executive dashboards.
• Maintain data governance for product, inventory, customer, and vendor data.
• Provide Tier 2 support and coordinate with vendors on initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to identify system improvements and future needs.
