The role centers on ERP administration, user training, and resolving issues with a focus on data quality.

You will collaborate with IT and operations, develop and modernize reports using Power BI, SSRS, Gupta, and Excel, and write SQL queries.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience supporting an ERP system (any industry).
• Strong data fluency: relational databases, joins, and data integrity.
• Willingness to learn manufacturing operations and data (e.g., BOMs, work orders, routings).
• Strong troubleshooting, attention to detail, and ability to translate findings for non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration; in-office with other analysts daily.

Responsibilities

• ERP Administration & Data Integrity: manage daily reconciliation queries, resolve anomalies, and oversee license management.
• Develop, maintain, and modernize reports using Excel, SSRS, Power BI, Gupta; write SQL queries as needed.
• Support month-end close and resolve costing anomalies.
• Collaborate with departments to define processes and lead process improvement projects.
• Create IT documentation and provide training on ERP functionality.
