Jem Accessories is building modern data systems to support better decision-making across finance, operations, and the business. You’ll be a Business Systems Data Analyst (onsite in Woodbridge, NJ) helping lead ERP migration work, improve internal tools, and automate workflows so reporting stays accurate and current.
You will turn operational and financial data into actionable views to support investment, pricing, and cost decisions, collaborating with finance, operations, and sourcing to
Competenze
- BA/BS in a technical, analytical, or finance-related field or equivalent experience.
- 0–3 years in data analysis, financial analysis, or data engineering (internships count).
- Strong SQL Server / T-SQL skills and Python for data work.
- Understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
- Familiar with revenue, cost of goods, gross margin, and P&L concepts.
Mansioni
- Learn Sage data structures and map data to NetSuite during migration.
- Document data definitions and business rules for consistent reporting.
- Build profitability views by entity, channel, customer, and product.
- Collaborate with finance to reconcile data to the books and explain variances.
- Create automated data feeds to Microsoft SQL Server and ensure up-to-date reporting.
- Analyze performance across business entities and channels, including ecommerce and B2B wholesale.
- Translate financial results into actionable insights for leadership decisions.
