Job summary

Kith Retail LLC is seeking a Systems Administrator to support a hybrid Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS environment for 200+ users at our Williamsburg HQ. You will manage Windows Server, Active Directory, Google Workspace security, and AWS infrastructure while leading a five-person help desk team.

The ideal candidate will implement disaster recovery plans, maintain IT policies, and ensure secure, reliable operations across cloud and on-premises assets in a fast-paced retail tech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator.
• Experience leading a help desk team.
• Proficiency with Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, Workspaces, VPCs).
• Experience with Meraki networking equipment and configuration.
• Disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage a hybrid Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS environment for 200+ users at HQ.
• Administer Windows Server and Active Directory including user accounts and group policies.
• Administer Google Workspace and define security policies.
• Implement and manage MDM solutions (ManageEngine and Iru).
• Maintain disaster recovery plans and perform regular tests.
• Ensure IT policies and documentation compliance.
• Manage AWS infrastructure including EC2, Workspaces, and VPCs.
• Monitor and secure CrowdStrike, Google Workspace security, Meraki, and Keepnet.
• Lead and develop a 5-person help desk team.
• Evaluate new software requests and advise on tech decisions.
