Job summary

Kith is seeking a Technical Product Associate for its HQ in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. This full-time, on-site role focuses on building and integrating systems, managing vendor relationships, and translating business needs into technical solutions across ERP, order management, and back-office tools.

You will collaborate with technical stakeholders, document learnings, present designs, track KPIs, and lead adoption of new technology.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required.
1-3 years of Product Management or Technical/Solutions Architecture experience.
Engineering/Software Development experience is preferred.
Previous experience or extensive knowledge of Retail or eCommerce is preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate complex business systems such as Order Management System and ERP required for the business.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their category and growth opportunities.
Document learnings and present potential solutions with timelines for implementation.
Implement approved solutions using tooling, systems, and external vendors as needed.
Present designs, mock-ups or demos to stakeholders to ensure alignment with needs.
Measure and track KPIs to ensure improvements from new solutions.
Launch, train and operate technology to support the business.
Test implemented technology and processes for accuracy, resilience, and scalability.
Establish and record training materials for internal teams.
