Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a System Support Associate to provide technical support, system administration, and operational expertise within a PEO environment. You will help ensure reliability, performance, security, and optimization of HR/payroll-related systems and client-facing applications.

The role focuses on supporting, mentoring, and elevating the system support team to drive quality and operational excellence while collaborating with HR, Payroll, Tax, Benefits, and Operations

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program.
• Recent graduates within 12 months will be considered.
• Coursework or projects involving analytics, auditing, process documentation, or business systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with user account setup, updates, and deactivation across internal systems and platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve tier 1 system and application issues.
• Build, modify and maintain dashboards and widgets; Update reporting for clients.
• Document workflows and support processes clearly; Assist with training materials.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Tax, Benefits, and Operations teams as needed.
