Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a System Support Associate to deliver technical support and system administration within a PEO environment. You will help ensure reliability, performance, and security of HR/payroll platforms and client-facing applications.

Responsibilities include building dashboards, supporting report centers, and assisting with data hygiene, workflows, and documentation. This entry-level role offers hands-on learning and mentorship in a dynamic, enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program.
• Recent graduates within the last 12 months will be considered.
• Coursework or academic projects involving analytics, auditing, process documentation, or business systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and system administration across core platforms in a PEO environment.
• Build, modify and maintain dashboards and widgets.
• Update reporting and assist with data validation and SOP creation.
