Job summary

Essent Group Ltd. is seeking a Title System Administrator to maintain the reliability, security, and performance of the production platform used to generate titles, deeds, and close documents.

You will manage access, resolve issues, and support staff to ensure compliant, efficient operations in an in-office role in Radnor, PA, or nearby. The ideal candidate has real estate/title experience, strong SQL/Windows Server skills, and a team-focused approach to on-call maintenance and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or 3–5 years of system administration experience.
• Hands-on admin experience with title production systems such as AtClose, SoftPro, ResWare, or RamQuest.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and Windows Server/AD administration.
• Understanding of real estate/title/escrow lifecycle and ALTA best practices.
• Familiarity with data privacy controls (SSO, MFA, role-based access).
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and perform maintenance during evenings/weekends.
• Ability to translate complex technical issues for non-technical staff.
• Strong prioritization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design business process solutions to improve workflows and efficiency.
• Configure and maintain the Title Production System and manage user access.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and security roles per ALTA and privacy standards.
• Provide primary support for production staff on issues, document creation, and integration.
• Support disaster recovery and ensure secure updates to prevent unauthorized access.
• Monitor application health, reduce downtime, and optimize performance.
• Create documentation and reports; develop user training materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and management on projects.
