Job summary

CCI Energy and Construction Services, LLC is seeking a Superintendent/SSHO to lead safety and site operations in Cape May, NJ. You will supervise subcontractors, monitor schedules, and enforce OSHA and project requirements while coordinating with the Project Manager.

The role requires extensive construction and safety experience, USACE/ NAVFAC familiarity, and strong communication with clients and occupants. Competitive benefits accompany the salary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience with US Federal Government construction contracts (NAVFAC/USACOE).
• 10+ years vertical construction experience, including projects $1M+.
• Proficiency with USACE EM-385-1 Construction and Occupational Safety and Health Standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily on-site supervision of subcontractors.
• Monitor contractor production, schedule, and performance.
• Manage subcontractor daily production reports.
• Coordinate activities as directed by the Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and safety policies.
• Conduct safety audits and support quality control on site.
• Assist subcontractors with USACE procedures and rules.
