CCI Energy and Construction Services, LLC seeks a qualified QCM/SSHO to manage quality control and safety on construction projects, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and coordinating testing and documentation.

The position reports to the Cape May, NJ site and offers a salary range of $125,000 to $150,000 per year, with a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, HSA/HRA, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management.
• QCM-C certification and OSHA 30 certification.
• Experience managing USACE projects and QC/SSHO on federal projects.
• Proficient in Procore and RMS; strong communication and leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, administer, and ensure compliance with the Quality Control Plan for projects.
• Certify that all submittals, plans, and specs meet contract requirements and oversee testing.
• Provide documented evaluations and corrective actions to maintain quality.
• Maintain hazardous material reports and coordinate inspections and as‑built documents.
• Oversee safety management, develop standardized Safety Programs, and lead weekly safety meetings.
• Survey sites for safety compliance, conduct investigations, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with safety professionals and subcontractors to improve safety practices.
