Job summary

Cape Fox Mountain Point seeks a Site Superintendent to manage day-to-day construction at US government projects, primarily in Aiken, SC. You will lead on-site activities, coordinate with the Project Manager and subcontractors, and ensure safety and schedule alignment with contract documents.

The role requires 8+ years in construction, federal project experience, OSHA/USACE certifications, and the ability to travel to sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry as Site Superintendent.
• Five years of federal project experience.
• Completed 30-Hour OSHA Construction Training.
• USACE CQM for Contractors certification.
• Must be able to travel to government work sites as required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact with the Government until acceptance.
• Be at the job site at all times when work is taking place and have authority to act for the Contractor.
• Attend and participate in preconstruction progress and coordination meetings.
• Support project health and safety plans per OSHA and EM385-1-1.
• Maintain professional conduct and ensure customer service excellence.
• Oversee day-to-day field activities and coordinate with subcontractors.
