Job summary

CCI Energy and Construction Services, LLC is seeking a qualified QC/SSHO to lead quality control and safety on federal construction projects in the Cape May area. The role reports to project site management and requires extensive USACE experience, and strong coordination with subcontractors.

You will develop and implement quality plans, oversee testing and inspections, maintain documentation, and drive safety programs with site orientations and weekly meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience leading QC/SSHO on federal projects and managing safety programs.
• Must have QCM-C certification, OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid.
• Proficient with Procore, RMS, Microsoft Word, Excel and PDFs.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, administer, and ensure compliance with the Quality Control Plan.
• Certify submittals and oversee testing and evaluations by approved facilities.
• Provide documented evaluations and corrective actions to maintain high quality.
• Maintain hazardous material reports and coordinate inspections and as-built docs.
• Oversee safety programs, site orientations, and weekly safety meetings.
• Survey sites for safety compliance, investigate incidents, implement actions.
• Collaborate with safety professionals and subcontractors to improve practices.
