Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in construction management.
• QCM-C certification.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Experience managing USACE projects.
• Proven QC/SSHO experience on federal projects.
• In-depth knowledge of QC procedures and standards.
• Strong safety regulations knowledge.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Effective communication and training skills.
• Experience with Procore and RMS.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and PDF.

Aufgaben

• Develop and administer the Quality Control Plan for projects following the Army Corps Three Phases of Control.
• Certify submittals, plans, and specs meet requirements and oversee testing.
• Provide documented evaluations and corrective actions to maintain high quality.
• Maintain hazardous material reports and coordinate inspections and as-built submissions.
• Oversee safety programs, site orientations, and weekly safety meetings.
• Survey job sites for safety compliance and conduct investigations when needed.
• Collaborate with safety teams and subcontractors to improve practices.
