Job summary

CCI Energy and Construction Services, LLC is seeking a qualified QCM/SSHO to manage quality control and safety on construction projects. The role ensures contract compliance, coordinates testing, maintains documentation, and fosters a safe, efficient work environment.

The position reports to the project site in Cape May, NJ, with a salary range of $125,000–$150,000 annually. A comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, HSA/HRA, FSA, life and disability insurance, 401(k)

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in construction management.
• QCM-C certification.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Experience managing USACE projects.
• Proven experience as a QC/SSHO on similar federal projects.
• In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and standards.
• Expertise with safety regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop, administer, and ensure compliance with the Quality Control Plan for projects.
• Certify submittals, plans, and specs meet contract requirements and oversee testing.
• Provide evaluations and corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards.
• Maintain hazardous material reports and coordinate inspections and as-builts.
• Oversee safety programs, conduct orientations, and lead safety meetings.
• Survey sites for safety compliance and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with safety professionals and subcontractors to improve safety practices.
