Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC in Cape May, NJ seeks a QCM/SSHO to lead quality control and safety on federal construction projects. This role ensures compliance with contract requirements, coordinates testing, maintains documentation, and promotes a safe, efficient work environment for site teams.

The position requires 5 years in construction management, QCM-C and OSHA 30, plus experience with USACE projects and Procore.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in construction management.
• QCM-C certification.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Experience managing USACE projects.
• Proven experience as QC/SSHO on federal projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, administer, and ensure compliance with the Quality Control Plan for projects.
• Certify that submittals, plans, and specs meet contract requirements and oversee testing.
• Provide evaluations and corrective actions to maintain quality.
• Maintain hazardous material reports and coordinate inspections.
• Oversee safety management and implement Safety Programs.
• Conduct site safety orientations and weekly safety meetings.
• Collaborate with safety professionals and subcontractors to improve safety practices.
