Qualifications

• Extensive experience in general contracting on multi-family projects.
• Proven ability to lead on-site teams and coordinate trades.
• Strong knowledge of safety and OSHA compliance.
• Proven track record delivering projects on schedule and budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site operations for multi-family projects, ensuring plans and safety standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and material deliveries to maintain workflow.
• Lead safety protocols, conduct safety meetings, and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Monitor progress, maintain daily reports, share updates with PM and leadership.
• Identify field issues and schedule impacts; develop solutions to stay on track.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure workmanship meets standards.
• Assist in developing schedules, look-ahead plans, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and owners during site visits and progress meetings.
• Review and approve subcontractor work, ensuring scope adherence.
• Maintain a clean, organized, professional jobsite reflecting company standards.
