Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Project Superintendent to direct on-site construction activities for a multi-family development in Charlotte, NC. Under the Director of Operations, you will coordinate schedules, safety, quality, and subcontractors to meet project milestones.

You will organize field operations, report progress weekly, enforce quality and safety standards (OSHA-compliant), manage budgets and resources, and serve as the on-site liaison with project management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; construction or related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years of experience in managing multi-family construction projects.
• Strong communication and report writing skills.
• Proficiency with building codes and accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct on-site construction activities for a single project from start to finish.
• Coordinate scheduling, safety, quality, and subcontractors to meet milestones.
• Organize field operations, reporting and progress updates to Project Manager.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain cost control and quality assurance.
• Prepare project updates and documentation; communicate with stakeholders.
