Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead on-site construction for a multi-family project in Charlotte, NC. You will direct, coordinate and supervise all activities from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality and adherence to the schedule.

Responsibilities include managing resources, coordinating with subcontractors, reporting progress, and maintaining communication with the Project Manager and Property Management teams. OSHA 10 and strong leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid understanding of construction principles and practices.
• Ability to proactively solve problems and plan ahead.

Responsibilities

• Organize sequencing of field operations and resource staging.
• Oversee on-site construction from start to finish.
• Provide regular progress reports and address challenges.
• Ensure work meets schedule, quality and safety standards.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors to maintain quality and budget.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and other teams on RFIs and documentation.
