Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction, specifically multi-family and commercial construction.
• Proven experience in paint and drywall supervision.
• Extensive knowledge of construction quality control measures and site coordination.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and a strong commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all aspects of multi-family construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Supervising painting and drywall installation, ensuring the highest level of quality and craftsmanship.
• Managing commercial construction operations, including the coordination of site activities and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Implementing and maintaining quality control measures to ensure all work meets or exceeds the set standards.
• Coordinating on-site activities, including the scheduling of workers, delivery of materials, and resolution of any arising issues.
• Utilizing project management software such as Procore and Bluebeam to track project progress and communicate effectively with the team.
• Overseeing field operations, ensuring all activities adhere to OSHA regulations, and promoting a safe working environment.
