Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Alternatively 9-12 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitors subcontractor activities and coordinates staff.
• Prepares construction drawings and sketches.
• Develops planning construction methods and procedures.
• Ensures safety and quality conformance with drawings and specs.
