Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Field Supervisor for the Thacker Pass Project in Nevada. You will monitor and organize subcontractor planning, safety, quality, and technical activities on a complex, multi-stakeholder project.

Your role ensures work is scheduled, methods are safe, and field teams follow project requirements. You will coordinate with Construction Field Engineers, Foremen, and Craft Professionals to interpret designs and resolve constructability issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of ES&H standards and regulatory criteria.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to prepare clear correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and organizes subcontractor activities through coordination of their management staff.
• Prepares construction drawings and sketches; develops planning methods and procedures.
• Ensures safety, quality, and conformance to drawings and specifications.
• Interprets engineering design documents with subcontractors, foremen, and crafts professionals.
