Job summary

Bechtel is delivering the Thacker Pass lithium project in Nevada as the EPCM contractor. You will provide field engineering, work planning, material management, quantity verification, and safety/compliance oversight on a major mining facility.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 8–14 years of relevant experience in heavy industrial construction, with strong knowledge of safety, subcontracts, and project controls.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree and 8–14 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in heavy industrial construction and coordination with subcontractors.
• Familiarity with safety, ES&H, and Bechtel core processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepares construction drawings and sketches; plans construction methods.
• Manages material requisitions and quantity takeoffs for field purchases.
• Verifies quantities and coordinates inspections and turnover.
• Ensures safety and quality requirements are followed on site.
