Job summary

Bechtel in Thacker Pass, NV is seeking a field supervisor to monitor and organize subcontractor planning, safety, quality, and technical activities on a complex project with multiple stakeholders, ensuring work aligns with schedules and is performed safely.

You will coordinate with construction field engineers, foremen, and craft professionals, develop production plans, and ensure conformance to drawings, specifications, and environmental health policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) with 5–8 years relevant experience or 9–12 years total.
• Extensive knowledge of construction planning, monitoring and control.
• Experience coordinating with engineering, vendors and subcontractors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and database applications.
• Experience managing union craft and heavy industrial construction.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and Bechtel's safety programs.
