Bechtel Corporation in Thacker Pass, NV is seeking a field supervisor to monitor and coordinate direct hire craft and subcontractor activities on a major lithium project. You will help align work with schedules while ensuring safety and quality across multiple stakeholders.

The role focuses on supervising installation of materials, coordinating with design and procurement, and enforcing Bechtel field policies.

Competenze

• Requires bachelor’s degree and 10–13 years of relevant experience or 14–17 years of relevant work experience.

Mansioni

• Monitors and organizes Direct Hire craft and subcontractor activities, coordinating the instrumentation work in your area.
• Monitors construction schedules, resource charts, and material & equipment requirements.
• Prepares Direct Hire methods, schedules, manning charts, and material and equipment requirements and/or reviews subcontractor construction methods, schedules, manning charts, and material and equipment requirements.
• Coordinates the construction operations impact on external interfaces to ensure they coincide with the overall established schedules.
• Monitors installation of materials and equipment to assure conformance with drawings, specifications, vendor, and other requirements.
• Enforces policies, procedures and related work rules as established by field construction management.
• Supports Construction Field Engineers, Foremen, and Craft Professionals in interpreting Engineering design documents, vendor documents, and other technical documents.
