Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a skilled project supervisor for the Thacker Pass lithium project in Nevada. You will monitor direct hire craft and subcontractor activities, coordinate electrical and instrumentation work, and align field activities with the project schedule to maintain safe, efficient operations.

You will review schedules, manning, and material needs; ensure conformance to drawings, specs, and vendor data; and support field engineers, foremen, and crafts in interpreting technical documents

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent required.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with electrical operations, systems, and codes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and organize Direct Hire craft and subcontractor activities in electrical/instrumentation.
• Track schedules, resources, and material/equipment requirements.
• Review job hazard analysis, manning charts, and subcontractor methods.
• Coordinate with design on constructability and field interfaces.
• Enforce Bechtel policies and safety rules on site.
