Job summary

Outpost is seeking a Student Success Assistant for an on-site role in Karachi. You will engage with enrolled students and parents via phone, email, text, and chat to provide timely advice, resolve issues, and drive student success.

The position requires Saturday and Sunday availability (9am-5pm ET) and four weeknights (5pm-9pm ET), with flexibility for additional hours. Prior experience in education support is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or student support preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to students and parents across programs via phone, email, text, and chat.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and needs.
• Communicate information in the brand’s voice to support engagement.
• Liaise between students/parents and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Document interactions for continuity and data quality.
• Execute customer retention strategies with professionalism and empathy.
• Provide basic technical support for online platforms and classrooms.
• Perform daily administrative tasks to support department functionality.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to exceed expectations.
• Offer expert advice to prospective students/parents to promote services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
