Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy under pressure
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills
• Advanced skills in Excel, CRM platforms, and Google Workspace
• A solution-oriented mindset—you see challenges as opportunities and respond with clarity and confidence

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of assigned accounts—monitoring order trends, forecasting demand, managing inventory needs, and processing accurate orders
• Maintain detailed account profiles and product files for seamless service
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for customers—strengthening trust and resolving challenges
• Recommend process improvements to drive service excellence and on-time delivery
• Partner with Manufacturing and Sales to align on timelines and production priorities
• Represent customer needs internally and escalate concerns for quick resolution
• Travel to build partnerships and strengthen face-to-face engagement
• Support teammates and cross-functional teams when needed pipelines
