Job summary

Silgan Dispensing Systems is seeking a proactive Customer Account Specialist who bridges customers and operations, ensuring accurate orders and top-tier service. You’ll own the full lifecycle of key accounts, forecast demand, maintain profiles, and collaborate with Sales and Manufacturing to align on timelines and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include resolving issues, improving processes for on-time delivery, and traveling as needed to strengthen partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, supply chain, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in customer account management, supply chain, operations, or commercial support.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, CRM platforms, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle of assigned accounts including orders and forecasting.
• Maintain detailed account profiles and product files for insights.
• Serve as primary contact to strengthen trust and resolve issues.
• Recommend process improvements for service and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Sales on timelines and growth.
• Represent customer needs internally and escalate concerns quickly.
• Travel as needed to build partnerships and engagement.
• Support cross-functional teams to enable success.
