Job summary

Span Construction & Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead on-site execution of design-build steel projects in Lebanon, Indiana.

The PM will manage contracts, budgeting, scheduling and coordination with estimators, subcontractors, and clients to deliver projects to contracted specs on time and within budget. Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of construction management experience, strong communication, and a solid understanding of PEMB and multi-contract

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Project Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management with steel projects.
• Experience writing and issuing owner/subcontractor contracts and change orders.
• Ability to communicate expectations to on-site teams clearly.
• Strong knowledge of PEMB and pre-engineered buildings.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts, scope, and hand-off materials to ensure complete understanding of budget and schedule.
• Identify priorities and align with project goals.
• Interpret drawings and building specifications, manage changes and approvals.
• Maintain client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
