Job summary

Novax Recruitment Group is seeking a Data Center Project Manager to lead a major mission-critical PEMB project in Lebanon, Indiana. You will own the project from start to finish, managing budgets, schedules, contracts, subcontractors, vendors, and change orders while ensuring quality, safety and client satisfaction.

You will work closely with superintendents, engineers, and field teams to coordinate execution, track costs, and report progress.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager.
• Experience with PEMB or structural steel construction.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
• Experience delivering mission-critical, industrial, or large-scale steel building projects.
• Turnkey/design-build project experience highly desirable.
• OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a major mission-critical data center project in Lebanon, Indiana.

Location: Indianapolis, Indiana (Hybrid role must be in range of Lebanon, IN)

Day to Day

A leading construction contractor specializing in pre-engineered steel buildings is seeking an experienced Data Center Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major mission-critical data center project in Lebanon, Indiana.

You will take ownership of the project from start to finish, managing budgets, schedules, contracts, subcontractors, vendors, and change orders while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Working closely with superintendents, engineers, and field teams, you will coordinate project execution, oversee cost tracking and reporting, lead client meetings, and manage project closeout and handover.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
• Experience with Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB) or structural steel construction
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
• Background delivering mission-critical, industrial, warehouse, or large-scale steel building projects
• Experience with turnkey/design-build projects is highly desirable
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Outlook, Word, and Smartsheet (SAGE 300 preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Valid driver's license
• OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
