Job summary

Span Construction & Engineering, Inc. is seeking a General Construction Project Manager to lead complex projects from inception through completion.

You will oversee project organization, budgeting, scheduling, and all phases of execution, with periodic travel required to client sites and project offices. The role requires a Bachelor's in Construction Project Management, at least five years of experience in commercial or industrial turnkey projects, and proficiency in ProCore and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Project Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in construction management, budgeting, coordinating, and overseeing turnkey projects.
• 3 years' experience with owner and subcontractor contracts and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Review contract, scope, and hand-off materials to understand project details.
• Align project with operational goals and prioritize tasks.
• Clarify conflicting information in drawings with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Controller on local/state business licenses.
• Requisition labor, equipment, and materials per guidelines.
• Conduct pre-construction meetings to align expectations and schedules.
• Prepare progress billings and review invoices to monitor budget.
• Provide input for cost analyses and project options.
