Job summary

Span Construction & Engineering, Inc. in Lebanon, Indiana is seeking a Construction Project Manager with 5+ years of experience in management of design-build steel projects.

The PM will oversee budgets, scheduling, and execution, coordinating with estimators, subcontractors, and clients on-site. The role requires travel to job sites, strong knowledge of PEMB, and proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Project Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management and budgeting.
• 3 years experience with owner/subcontractor contracts and change orders.
• Strong ability to communicate expectations to onsite personnel.
• Knowledge of PEMB and steel construction methods.
• Proficient in reading construction drawings and coordinating with multiple trades.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts, scope, and hand-off materials to ensure complete understanding.
• Schedule, budget, and execute projects in accordance with contract specs and safety standards.
• Coordinate with client, subs, estimators, and field personnel to align on project goals.
• Prepare progress billings and manage vendor/subcontractor invoices.
• Lead meetings, document decisions, and drive timely project completion.
