Zusammenfassung

Cenero is seeking an On-Site Staffing Manager to lead technicians and engineers assigned to key client accounts on a full-time basis. You will recruit, hire, develop training plans, and manage performance to ensure the right people are on each account with room to grow, while representing the company to clients.

In this customer-facing leadership role, you will build a feedback program, oversee surveys and reviews, and partner with Client Success Managers to meet or exceed client expectations

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years leading a technical or client-facing team.
• Experience with full employee lifecycle: recruiting, hiring, performance reviews, coaching, termination.
• Executive presence and credibility with client stakeholders up to CIO/VP levels.
• Working knowledge of AV/IT systems and support environments.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and staffing programs.

Aufgaben

• Lead and grow the On-Site Staffing team across dedicated accounts.
• Own full employee lifecycle for on-site staff: recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, performance reviews, coaching, termination decisions.
• Evaluate fit of staff to accounts and reassign or develop as needed for best outcomes.
• Collaborate with Client Success Managers and Sales to identify staffing needs and growth opportunities.
• Serve as a customer-facing point of contact for on-site staffing engagements at all client levels.
• Manage monthly customer surveys and regular service review meetings to capture feedback and drive improvements.
• Coordinate backfill, surge staffing, and coverage during PTO or ramp-ups with Dispatch/FSE and NOC/TSE teams.
