Job summary

Cenero is seeking an On-Site Staffing Manager to lead technicians and engineers assigned to client accounts, ensuring the right fit culturally and technically. You will recruit, hire, train, and manage performance, while collaborating with client-facing teams to meet and exceed client expectations.

You will build a rotating feedback program, supervise regular service reviews, and create growth opportunities for staff across accounts, traveling as needed to customer sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading a team of technical or client-facing staff.
• Proven experience with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, performance management, coaching, and termination.
• Strong ability to assess technical aptitude and interpersonal/presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of AV/IT systems and support environments.
• Executive presence; ability to build trust with client stakeholders up to CIO/VP level.
• Experience building customer feedback programs and career development paths.
• Financial acumen; manage labor cost, margin, and utilization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the On-Site Staffing team across customer accounts.
• Own full employee lifecycle for on-site staff (recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, performance reviews, coaching, termination).
• Evaluate staff fit for assigned accounts and reallocate as needed to optimize outcomes.
• Partner with Client Success Manager or Service Sales to identify and resolve staffing issues.
• Serve as a customer-facing point of contact for on-site staffing engagements at all levels.
• Administer rotating monthly customer surveys and lead service review meetings.
• Hold regular team touchpoints and mandatory service meetings for alignment.
• Develop a visible technical career path for on-site staff.
