Job summary

Employbridge is hiring for a Staff Performance Manager at the St. Peter's, MO site. The role focuses on day-to-day supervision of personnel to ensure timely, accurate, and quality delivery of goods and services.

You will manage employee relations, coach staff, conduct performance reviews, and support client satisfaction with strong communication. Responsibilities include onboarding, attendance reporting, payroll processing, safety investigations, and client relationship mapping to improve

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 6 months related experience.
• Experience in HR and data management is preferred.
• Ability to manage a team and drive processes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day staffing and candidate flow at the client site.
• Conduct onboarding orientations and new hire check-ins.
• Maintain attendance and timekeeping records and generate reports.
• Coordinate with client on forecasting and staffing needs.
• Process payroll cycles and manage payroll data when required.
• Document safety incidents and assist with investigations.
• Build relationships with site managers and supervisors to ensure consistency.
