Job summary

Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a part-time, on-site specimen processing and client support associate for CSU Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratories. Qualifications

High School Diploma required.
1 year experience analyzing and transferring data.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Accession and track specimens by scanning documents into LIMS and splitting specimens as needed.
Prepare referral laboratory submissions by identifying outside tests and completing submission forms.
Package and ship specimens to referral laboratories in compliance with regulations.
Enter and maintain case data by logging cases, charges, notes, and shipping documents.
Provide client and laboratory support by answering submission questions and inquiries.
Process and distribute specimens and supplies by centrifuging and aliquoting samples and stocking supplies.
Perform courier and facility support duties by retrieving packages and maintaining work areas.
Other duties as assigned.
