Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in microbiology, medical technology, or related field.
• Experience with laboratory diagnostic or related assays.
• Demonstrate clear and concise communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work independently to ensure operational and testing excellence for the section.
• Perform routine and non-routine tests including chemistry analysis, CBC, urinalysis and fluid analysis.
• Report client results accurately and meet turnaround times.
• Provide back-up for on-call and shift coverage as needed.
• Review SOPs and ensure quality system compliance.
• Deliver exceptional client services and resolve client complaints.

Education
