Job summary

Irvine Company is seeking a Specialty Leasing Coordinator for IRVINE SPECTRUM to drive occupancy and revenue by lead-generating, processing lease renewals, and supporting lease administration. This on-site role coordinates with management, tenants, and vendors across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of experience, proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, and the ability to interact confidently with retailers and executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Valid California driver’s license; maintain continuous vehicle liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead-generating and cold-calling to drive revenue and occupancy.
• Assist with drafting new agreements and processing lease renewals.
• Draft legal letters, notices, and tenant communications; manage lease administration.
• Track, collect, and maintain tenant sales and percentage rent.
• Coordinate with Accounting on rent and percentage rent collections.
• Manage tenant signage approval workflows and liaise with Construction/Tenant Coordination and Operations.
