Job summary

Sourcechange Limited seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of utility-scale solar EPC projects, overseeing the full lifecycle from preconstruction through commissioning and long-term O&M. You will own client communication, contract compliance, budget, schedule and quality from contract execution through closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent).
• Construction experience with solar or renewable energy preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of solar EPC projects, aligning scope, schedule and budget.
• Build and maintain detailed project schedules, work plans and cost forecasts.
• Track monthly billing requirements against the contract.
• Coordinate internal design, procurement and field teams.
• Review engineering drawings, submittals and specifications for constructability.
• Lead Owner communication on contract deliverables and change notices.
• Review and comment on contract documents before execution.
• Manage project budgets, cost tracking and change orders.
• Oversee subcontractor agreements, purchase orders and pay applications.
• Report monthly to senior leadership on project financials, progress and risk.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and manage claims/disputes as needed.
• Run regular project meetings with internal teams, clients and subcontractors.
• Maintain clear communication across all project stakeholders.
• Plan scope of work and sequencing with all project parties.
