Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Construction Experience, with at least 4 years in solar or renewable energy.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects ranging from $1M-$20M.
• Strong understanding of electrical and civil construction practices for solar installations.
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Procore, Primavera, GSuite, HeavyJob, HeavyBid or similar).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of solar EPC projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, work plans, reports, and cost forecasts.
• Track monthly billing requirements per the contract.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review drawings, submittals, and specifications for constructability and compliance.
• Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and change orders.
• Oversee subcontractor agreements, purchase orders, and pay applications.
• Report monthly on project financials, progress, and risks to senior leadership.
